Custom and personalized orders
Almost all items can be personalised. If there is something special you require, please feel free to send me a message with your requirements.
Sizing details
All sizing information is contained within each product description. If you require further information or clarification, please send me a message.
Care instructions
Silver stainless steel requires very little care, simply wipe over with a soft cloth to polish.
Plated items require a little more TLC. try to avoid prolonged contact with sweat, perfumes, and chemicals. As above, should your item require cleaning simply wipe over with a soft cloth.
Never wet pocket watches as water may effect the timing mechanisms.
Round printed cufflinks should also not be immersed in water.

All items come with some form of packaging - ready for you to gift :)

All items are packaged in either bubble wrap, bubble envelope or box for safety in transit.
Invoices are never included but can easily be printed from your Etsy account if required.
Shipping Times
**COVID19 is delaying all overseas parcels - Please allow up to 8weeks delivery time**
APPROXIMATE delivery times for trackable items are as follows (excluding weekends and public holidays):
Australia / New Zealand – 3 to 7 working days
Asia Pacific - 7 to 14 working days
Western Europe – 7 to 14 working days
USA/Canada - 7 to 14 working days
Rest of the world - 7 to 25 working days
All other items will not be trackable as they will ship regular post to save postage costs. Generally speaking they should arrive within the timeframes above, however that will depend on customs clearance processing in the destination country, for which we unfortunately cannot control.
Please note - we do not and cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Re-delivery
In the event the parcel has been returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address provided, we will organise re delivery at the customer's expense. We use the exact details provided on your purchase, so please make sure your address is correct before completing checkout.
All parcels are sent with tracking. You will be notified via email of the details.
Please keep an eye on tracking. In the event no one is home to receive the parcel, you will need to collect it from post office. Parcels that are shipped back to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel from the post office in the specified timeframe given by Australia Post will incur also need re delivery at the customer's expense. (minimum $19.95 aud)
