CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For my removable wallpapers I highly recommend smooth surfaces painted with any kind of paint just not the washable kinds like acrylic, latex, etc. If you have such a paint, I'd recommend to get the traditional wallpaper.
If your wall is bumpy, have any texture or is newly painted, my adhesive material may not work well with it.
Remember to prepare the wall before application - it has to be dried and free of dust. Supplier recommends to install the wallpaper 3 weeks after painting.
Please remember - removable material can be applied and peeled multiple times, however it works with solid surfaces.
SHIPPING
Please, make sure that the address you've entered is correct. As a seller, I'm not responsible of a wrongly addressed package by the customer.
I would be very grateful if you could provide me with your phone number - it is very useful in case of any delivery issues.
Fedex delivery: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.
FIRST STEPS AFTER RECEVING THE ITEM
Right after receiving the item, please make sure if it's free of flaws, in a correct size. Check if all of the wallpaper panels match one to another by placing them on the floor in the right sequence.
After installation, I'm unable to deal with complaints.
Please, read the instruction very carefully - it includes very important information.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I gladly prepare personalized orders. If you need some other size than in the listing - do not hesitate contacting me.
SAMPLE
If you are not sure of the design working in your space or of the material in general - I recommend to order the sample.
Remember! Samples are NOT designated to see the colors - printing process may vary due to time, so the final print may be slightly different than the one on the sample. Don't worry! Iit's not a big difference, usually there is no difference at all.
PROCESSING TIME
I need 5-7 business days to process an order for tapestry.
For everything else it takes about 1-3 business days.
Returns policy and complaints
I offer returns for standard orders that do not exceed $1500. Please, message me within 14 days of delivery before returning the item, so I can provide you details. Ship items back within 30 days of requesting a return.
Custom orders (with colors, size or any other modification) do not apply to this policy. Shop wisely, as they cannot be returned.
The shipping return of purchase is at the customer's expense.
In case of a complaint, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the issue. Complaints submitted after 30 days of receiving the package will not be taken under the consideration. Also, if you decide to use your item before checking if it's free of flaws, the compaint will not be taken under the consideration.
CUSTOMS FEE
Customs fees vary from 3-8% of the order value. I am not responsible for any customs charges or fees. If the order is shipped outside of the country and it is not within one customs union, you are required to pay all customs duties and import taxes that your local customs department deems necessary.
COLORS, METALIC PRINTS AND FRAMES
The actual color of the final print may differ slightly from the monitor. My products just imitates gold, its not really a metallic paint, its yellowish :)
As for printing another panel, I need to warn you about the eventual slight color difference due to different print batch.
The frames of stickers are printed, it's not a physical product.
Scale and size
There may be a slight difference in the scale of the pattern, between the visualization and the final print. Product size may differ +/- 2%.
