Alchemy Story does not guarantee that all items included in the Alchemy Story shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable/ out of stock, we will contact you shortly by phone or email. If we are unable to contact you the order will be canceled or suspended.

Alchemy Story endeavors to maintain and display accurate information on our shop(such as text, images, product size, color, and pricing), however as information is maintained and uploaded manually by individual employees, errors may occur. We do not promise that the information/content of our Shop is free of inaccuracies and up to date at all time, but we strive to solve any problem arises or inaccuracies found. In the event that we discover you have been charged the wrong amount for your order, we will contact you by phone or email and we will provide you with options of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you the order will be canceled or suspended until we can get in contact with you.

PLACING OF AN ORDER

By placing an order through Alchemy Story , you confirm that you have read this Terms & Condition at the time of your order, and you agree to be bound by and accept the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of such order.

Your placement of an order does not always assure that we will accept your order. Orders are subjected to acceptance by us and depend on situations, we may at any time and at our sole discretion, refuse to accept your order. These situations may be but not limited to:

You provide us with incorrect or incomplete information.
Your shipping address is a P.O.BOX address.
The product you have ordered is out of stock.
There is a technical error that impacted the product information relating to the product you have ordered.
We will contact you by email or phone should any situation arise that effects the completion or acceptance of your order.

Once you’re your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your payment is processed, authorized and debited, we will arrange shipment to you and inform you of the sending of the shipment by email.

OUR CONTRACT

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will only be valid when your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card, or we have received your payment. Confirmation email generated by our Site upon your placing of an order is an acknowledgment only, does not constitute the validity of a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.

PAYMENT

Prices on Alchemy Story website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

For orders placed within Australia GST of 10% applies and will be itemized on the Order Confirmation page at the checkout and the e-invoice. If you are placing an order outside of Australia GST of 10% will not be charged. However your order is placed outside of Australia, but the shipping destination is Australia, GST will apply.

We accept payment by Credit card, Debit card, Paypal and bank transfer. For orders placed outside of Australia, Alchemy Story is not responsible for any fees imposed by your credit card company, such as conversion fees,sales tax.

For any orders that are delivered outside of Australia, delays may be incurred as items go through your country’s Customs & Excise and you will be responsible for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided on a case-by-case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside our control. However, most countries allow Internet purchases below a certain value to be imported free of duty and tax. Our courier company will contact you if you are required to pay any additional fees.

DISCOUNT POLICY

From time to time, Alchemy Story may mark down the price of a particular product for the purpose of rewarding our loyal customers, or for special celebration and occasions.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are currently offering free delivery all over Australia and world wide on all orders, otherwise, it is $9.95 flat rate for shipping and handling for order inside Australia and 20 AUD to other part of the world. All shipments are subject to availability. Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within two to five business days, unless the products are made to order which will take 5-9 business days. Due to our location, most shipping is completed through Australia Post or. DHL express based on availability of the products. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2-7business days after dispatch. Regional areas tend to take anywhere from 5-10 business days.For International order it might take longer and we are not liable for delayed caused by the courier services.

Please note: The delivery times stated above are indicative only. Once a parcel has been dispatched, Alchemy Story has no control over the delivery timeframe, however, the location of your parcel can be seen from the tracking information provided to you upon dispatch. For international parcel you may or may not be provided tracking details.

ORDER DISPATCH

We always try our best to dispatch all our buyer’s order within 1-3 working days (Saturday and Sunday are non-working days). In scenarios like stock unavailability and ‘Made to Order’ cases, it shall take us 7-10 days to prepare your order. Hence, request your cooperation regarding this matter.

REFUND POLICY

No refund due to change of mind . In case of defective product first send us photo and return the product to our company address. To be eligible for refund, the buyer would need to send the original purchased item back to us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Once the product is received , we shall then deduct our shipping postage cost and refund the remaining amount back to you.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alchemy Story, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.

Colors

We endeavor to display the colors of the product photo as close to the actual product in real life as possible through our computer and monitors, however as each monitor displays colors slightly differently, we cannot guarantee that the colors show on your monitor will be true to life. This sometimes depends on the color setting of your computer and monitor.
