PURCHASED AN INSTANT DOWNLOAD?
1. Etsy automatically sends an email containing a link to the download page. This is sent to your Etsy registered email address. It may be in the spam / junk folder of your inbox
You can also access this page by going to Your Etsy Account > Purchases

2. From that download page you can either download your files (if file size permits I upload the files directly to Etsy's instant download system) OR you will find instructions for downloading the files via an alternate means.
The file size of most of my printables (especially the bundles) are too large for Etsy's instant download system. Frustratingly, Etsy only allows a maximum of 5 files with a small file size for each.
So instead I have used Crafthub for the past 8 years. However customers have recently reported clicking the download button and files not downloading. I've contacted them multiple times about the issue but the emails just bounce back and their phone number has disappeared - they appear to have closed down without notifying customers.
If the download link via Crafthub doesn't work, please send me a message via Etsy and I will send you an alternate download link within 24 hours.
I am in the process of transitioning over to Sync (a secure cloud storage platform) https://www.sync.com/ to host the file downloads. If the item is available for download via Sync there will be a PDF downloadable via your Etsy Account > Purchases which will contain instructions & the download link for Sync.
There are over 1,000 items in my shop so it will take a while to transfer all files over to Sync's download system. Please just contact me first if you have any issues downloading so I can resolve for you!

5 out of 5 starsThis is for everyone who enjoys organizing their trips. The Author has done a terrific job of creating multiple layers which can be customized how you see fit. I've already created new links within the spreadsheet to roll up to the Budget page. This is a great template for anyone who loves to use Excel.

5 out of 5 starsNot big on leaving reviews as such but I have always loved this designer and have been purchasing for years . The same colors scheme and she never changes. I am not a fan of muted or pastel colors like most planners consist of. These are bright , aesthetically pleasing and well constructed and practical. I have ADHD to and they have proven successful in keeping me organized for years now . I am a huge fan! It takes a lot to impress me . Thank bunches! Wishing you all the success you dream of!

How do I print the printables?

What does editable mean?
– When you open the file there will be light blue boxes where you can type in your information (this will NOT remain light blue when printed) - you can still print and hand-write on the sheets
– The fillable font is helvetica in black
– The checkboxes are not editable. The sheets are intended for filling out on your computer and checking off by hand
– For copyright protection, the layout of the documents, including existing text, pattern, colours and font style cannot be changed
– Cover & dividers in the planner sets are not editable

Can I print the planner pages at half page size, Erin Condren planner size or custom page size?
Yes! The pages are A4 page size but can be printed at any size you like including:
- Letter size (8.5 x 11" or US page size)
- Half page size
- A5 page size
- Erin Condren planner size
- Filofax size
- Personal planner size
- Or any other size you like!

What is a printable? What happens when I purchase a printable from you?
1. Purchase one of my products (they're all digital)
2. If it's a non-personalised item, you'll receive an automated
email to your Etsy registered email address with a download link
3. Click that download link and you will be taken to the download page

UNLIMITED - You can print them endlessly for your PERSONAL USE!
How to I open zipped file folders?
Due to the large size of my planners (most have at least 50 planner pages!) the files are saved in zipped file format for easy downloading.
