Amalyia

This little shop features various handmade goods (crocheted and knitted accessories and jewelry). I only use yarn from local stores, so I am sure where it comes from. I like feeling the yarn and seeing the colors in daylight before purchasing yarn for a specific item.
My preferred brands are DROPS, Hjertegarn, Sandnesgarn, Grønhøj and Rowan. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions.

Custom orders are possible but will depend on the yarn available to me (not every yarn is available in every color, and sometimes it might not be in stock). If you have preferred yarn brands, let me know, I can find out if they are available to me .You are also welcome to contact me concerning an item you would like to order in another material (f. ex. if I made it of wool but you would prefer cotton). Please give me time to finish the order - I'l give you an estimate depending on what item you want to order. Prices may change if the desired yarn is more expensive than the original yarn.

Everything is produced in an animal and smoke free environment, so you don't need to worry about cat or dog hair allergies.

I try to avoid acrylic, polyamide etc - it's cheaper, but I prefer natural materials. I will always write down which material my items are made of, and if applicable, washing information. If there is acrylic or polyamide involved, then in a low amount in a blend to make the material more robust and washable, for example in DROPS Delight wool (75% wool, 25% polyamide).
Items like earrings, necklaces, iPhone cases etc. might well contain acrylic or polyamide, but it will always be included in the information about the item itself.
