Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
If the item does not match the photo & description on this page due to damage during shipping, I will gladly refund the amount you paid for the item & shipping. If damaged during shipping, customer must advise me of damage within 1 week of receiving the item. Customer must prove with a postal receipt emailed to me, that the item has been posted back to me, no longer than 1 month after they have received it. Customer pays for return shipping costs up front & a refund of the cost of the item & return shipping will be refunded when received by me. No refunds or returns on Made to Order Custom items. I will gladly replace lost or damaged item after a waiting period for reasonable shipping times has expired and/or a photo of the damage to the item has been sent to me. No responsibility can be taken or returns arranged for personal change of mind or if the colour of an item in my store looks different to the colour on your computer screen or in real life due to the nature of personal colour recognition & differences in computer colour settings.
Payment
Please pay via PayPal because it is instantaneous & therefore quicker than bank deposit via the Etsy Payments system which can take up to 4 working days to process.
Shipping
I will ship your purchases within 2 business days of payment being received by me. I use standard postage within Australia & for parcels going overseas I use standard international air mail postage, not registered, not insured, no tracking number. No responsibility will be taken for delays incurred by Customs inspections in your country. If you want to upgrade your shipping options, please message me BEFORE you purchase an item so I can modify the shipping method. I will always advise the Estimated time for delivery but the postal service & Customs inspections are beyond my influence or control. Please message me if you have any questions or problems with your delivery.
