For ready-to-ship items, your purchase will be shipped upon receipt of the money order. For made-to-order items, work will begin when payment is received, and I will ship your item as soon as I am finished making it (please see individual listings for time details). I will contact you the day I ship your item(s).


FREE LAYAWAY POLICY :

You would really like to buy one or many of my items, but don't have all the money right now ?

I offfer a free layaway plan for any purchase over EUR 150 (excluding shipping). You can reserve one item or a combination of items.

A non-refundable down payment of minimum 25 % of the price is required, then the rest of the payment can be paid in up to 6 payments weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly over a individual period but maximum for 120 days.

Please note that I hold the item(s) so that others customers cannot purchase it, but that I won’t ship the item(s) or begin a custom order until the purchase is paid in full.

If the customer fails to make payments on time or cancels the layaway plan, the merchandise is returned to inventory and the customer forfeits all payments to date.

Thank you to contact me first by message if you want to use this opportunity, in order to find together the best solution for you. No fee is required at any time, it is only a way for me to offer a payment facility.


HOW DOES IT WORK ? :
1) Firstly choose the item(s) you want to purchase in my shop. You can reserve one item or a combination of items

2) Send me a message in order we can discuss and create a payment schedule that works the best for you

3) I will then edit in the “Custom” section of my shop a first listing (down payment), in which I will mention all the details of our agreement and also your additional listings, for the amount of the down payment and following payments. (you can favorite these listings !)

4) Then, 3 days before each due date I will reminder you par mail. If you wish to pay any of the payments sooner than agreed, or pay a greater amount on any payment, you can mail me and I'll update the listing accordingly

5) If you do not make a payment on time, but still wish to hold your item, please contact me, in order we can find a solution together

6) If at any time I have no news for 15 days after the first missed payment, then I will assume that you no longer want to purchase the item on layaway, I will restock the item and all payments made will be forfeited. If layaway is cancelled all payments are forfeited also.

I’m always happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases : please contact me for a price. I ship worldwide on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by French Postal Service (La Poste) as soon as possible after payment being received.

If your Paypal and Etsy addresses are different, please let me know which one is the correct one. If your Etsy address does not match your Paypal address, items will be shipped to your Etsy address If an item is sent to a incorrect address, I cannot be held responsible if you do not receive this item.

I pack my items carefully and do my best to ensure safe delivery to their destination. I’m always trying to reduce my impact on the environment, so I use as few packaging and shipping materials as possible (bubble mailers for small items and clean recycled cardboard boxes for larger orders).

When you make a purchase, I will contact you directly to confirm I have received your order and provide you with the shipping date and the tracking information if you chose the option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Small items (package less than 3 cm high) are sent in bubble mailers, via International Letter (wich includes no tracking or insurance). If you want your package to be trackable, additional shiping costs will apply. Please contact me for more details.
Heavier items are sent in carboard boxes via Colissimo (insurance, proof of mailing, tracking, delivery times 3-8 working days, delivery with signature).
