5 out of 5 starsBloody happy with this purchase — absolutely stunning. Found it late one night and just went for it, reckon it’s one of the best things I’ve bought in ages. The frosted glass glows beautifully when it’s on, super soft and warm, way better than I expected from the photos (and the photos are already mint). Looks like proper art on the wall even when it’s off. Arrived really well packed, no dramas at all.

Yes. Every BATTII light is fully compliant with Australian electrical standards (AS/NZS). We only sell lights that meet Australian safety requirements — so you can buy with complete confidence.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes. All hardwired wall lights must be installed by a licensed electrician in Australia. This is both a legal requirement and a condition of most home insurance policies. Your electrician will have these installed in under an hour.

Absolutely. We ship to all states and territories with tracked delivery. You'll receive your tracking number within 3–5 business days of placing your order.
Q4: How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Q5: What bulb do I need?
Each listing specifies whether you require a bulb or not. If required, the bulb type (E27 or G9) is mentioned on the listing. We recommend using a warm white LED bulb (2700K–3000K) for the best luxury ambience. Bulbs are not included.
Q8: My light arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible. We take great care in packaging but understand accidents happen in transit.
