Frequently asked questions
Delivery and Shipping
We currently only offer domestic shipping due to the delays still being experienced from the COVID pandemic. If you are an international customer please feel free to contact us to discuss estimated shipping times and cost.
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post.
Returns
We've worked hard designing our products and we hope you love them as much as we do but if your product is not what you expected we offer refunds (excluding shipping costs) on most products as long as they are received by us unopened and unused within 21 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs
Custom or personalised items, cake and cupcake toppers are exempt from our refunds policy. Of course if your item is not what your ordered or arrives damaged please let us know and we'll replace it.

Faulty or Damaged Products
We know how disappointing it is when an item is lost or damaged during transit and we do our best to package your order securely to avoid damage. If your order arrives damaged or not at all please let us know and give us the opportunity to fix the issue. We're always happy to help!
How long will it take you to reply my email?
We answer all emails within the same business day, however if you email after hours or on the weekend we will reply the next the business day.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (GMT+10) excluding public holidays.

How do I download my digital item
You can download the templates and/or directions for downloading your templates directly from the purchases page within Etsy www.etsy.com/your/purchases - you will need to be logged into your purchasing account for the link to work.
If you checkout as a guest you will receive an email with a link to download your templates. If you cannot find the email please contact us with your order number and we'll send your files to you.
