5 na 5 gwiazdekEverything about my experience with this Etsy shop owner was AMAZING! She had phenomenal customer service. I ordered a few things from her shop for our wedding day, and she was extremely accommodating. I appreciated how she carefully packaged our order, even wrapped the wedding bouquet in cellophane which I thought it was great! Her work is amazing and worth it. Pictures don’t do justice!!

Custom and personalized orders
Some items can be customized at the clients request.
Orders usually take between 2/3 or to be completed, unless it is a rush order, then a day for completion is agreed before 3 weeks.
You can also book your order for a later day in the year and usually your order will be completed a month or two before your event.
Are these artificial flowers?
Yes all the flowers are artificial, which sometimes they are called “ silk flowers” but they are not necessarily silk material.
How long will my order take to process and be shipped?
Orders usually take between 4/6 or 8/10 weeks to be completed according to off wedding season or on wedding season, unless it is a rush order, then a day for completion is agreed before 4/6 weeks.
You can also book your order for a later day in the year and usually your order will be completed a month or two before your event.
The “approx order due date” is listed on custom listings and it indicates a approximate date and not an exact date of shipping.
Sizing details
The sizes for round bouquets would be
6 inches toss bouquet
7 inches small bridesmaids bouquet
8 inches medium bridemaids bouquet
9 inches MHO bouquets
Bride bouquet 10 inches standard large size
Bride bouquet 11-12 inches is considered extra large
Bride bouquet 13-14 inches is considered deluxe.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
You should contact the shipping carrier asap for a claim
Is Blooms of Grace responsible for missing packages when my order is shipped?
No, Blooms of Grace Is NOT responsible for the shipping company errors or stolen/ missing packages.
Will my order look exactly as pictured?
I always try my best to get as close as possible, but these items are all handmade by order and it is impossible to make an exact one.
In some cases the material is discontinued and it is replaced for a similar flower, still the overall look and style will be the same.
