All sales are final. Refunds will only be given if there is a severe error in the listing description.

Exchanges or in-store credits are granted on a case-by-case basis. Please send a message upon arrival if you are interested in an exchange or would like to keep a store credit.

Items may be reserved for up to three days, with payment due on the third day. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the third day, your reservation will be canceled & the item will be back up for sale. Items may not be reserved during a sale.

Layaway is available on items over $150.
Payments are required to be made weekly, with the first payment occurring at the time of the reservation.

Missouri residents will need to add 8.11% sales tax to their orders.

Bohemian Bisoux Vintage ships domestically (US) & internationally. Shipments are made within 1-2 business days of your purchase date.

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the United States, which takes 2-3 days for the item(s) to arrive to you.

Insurance is included for orders of $100 & up.

Express delivery is available both domestically & internationally. Please contact for a quote.

If you're outside of the United States, items will be shipped via USPS First Class International, which typically takes between 2-6 weeks for delivery. International shipping labels are printed through Etsy + Endicia shipping & have a tracking number which is traceable at least until the package departs the US. If the item(s) weighs over four pounds or is over $400 in value, the package will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Import fees, VAT and duty taxes are standard on international orders. The buyer assumes full responsibility for paying these dues. These charges are not associated with Bohemian Bisoux Vintage.

Customs forms will not be falsified in any way nor will the value of the item(s) be declared lower. A receipt for your purchase will be included in each package, which may be viewed by customs officials to confirm the value on the customs forms.

Bohemian Bisoux Vintage reserves the right to cancel a sale if it is not in compliance with shipping restrictions to a specific country (e.g. shoes & leather goods cannot be shipped to Italy, used clothing cannot be shipped to Mexico, etc.) Please contact your customs office before placing an order if you are in question.

Each item description is designated with a Best Fit Size (this is in US sizing) & also lists out measurements including Bust, Waist, Hips & Total Length.
All measurements are taken edge to edge with the garment lying flat & then doubled.

Please note that these are not body measurements but the measurements of the garment, so allow a bit of room for movement. 1" is typically the best measure for ease. If the garment does not have closures & slips over your head, consider sizing up considerably.

Vintage item condition designations are as follows ☛
Mint ➵ flawless, pristine condition with no signs of wear. Many pieces considered to be Mint are marked NOS (new old stock), deadstock &/or have their original store tags. Clean & ready to wear.
Near Mint ➵ like new without any overwhelming flaws. Near Mint items may be NOS but are missing their original store tags. These pieces are clean & ready to wear.
Excellent ➵ light wear with very minor flaws, clean & ready to be worn.
Very Good ➵ minor flaws which have been repaired professionally. There may possibly be wear to the lining which is unseen when worn. Very Good pieces are clean & ready to wear.
Good ➵ various flaws/spots which could be repaired by hand/professionally, pieces marked Good will likely need a hand washing or dry cleaning before wear. These pieces are structurally sound & can withstand plenty of wear.
Fair ➵ numerous visible flaws, some of which will still be visible when repaired. Fair pieces will need a proper cleaning before wear.
Poor ➵ damaged to the point of little or no repair, best suited for study/design/costume wear. These items will typically be marked AS IS or AS FOUND.
