"Once upon a time I pondered the thought of unpretentious paper goods. A place for contemplative types to scribe those sometimes-poignant sometimes-fleeting moments. Where the delight is in the everydayness.
Photography had been my livelihood but I paused to begin building a stationery brand underpinned by three basic design elements - simple illustration, concise design, and quality uncoated paper stocks. Boots Paper is the result. - To be shared with those individual, worldly, thoughtful types who inspired the range in the first place."

How is my order processed?

Your order will be processed within 1 - 4 business days, then dispatched to Australia Post for delivery from South Gippsland, Victoria, Australia, to your nominated postal address.

When should I expect delivery? (Australia)

Regular domestic postage takes 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Domestic express postage takes 1 to 3 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination.
Please allow extra delivery time during Australia Post's peak periods (like Christmas and Easter), and if your order is being delivered to a rural destination.

When should I expect delivery? (International)

Delivery times to international destinations vary but are usually between 5 and 15 business days from the date of dispatch.
Parcels are sent via Australia Post Economy Air Mail from Victoria, Australia. Orders are sent via the most economical option and therefore do not come with tracking numbers.

Have I provided you with the correct delivery address?

If your order is returned to sender we will contact you. If you would like us to resend your order, you will be charged postage a second time so please ensure you give the full and correct shipping address to avoid re-delivery fees.
We accept no responsibility if your address is provided incorrectly.

Can I return an item?

All orders are hand packed and checked for imperfections. If however, your item is found to be faulty, please notify us of the defect within 7 days of receipt by emailing You will then be asked to return the item for a replacement or refund. Any return postage fees you incur are your responsibility as the buyer.
Once we have received your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund immediately via PayPal.
We are unable to replace/refund items lost or damaged in transit.
