5 out of 5 starsThis is such a beautiful bow headband! Perfect size and fit, the elastic is stretchy and soft and it’s good quality. I’ve had lots of people comment on how pretty it is! Audrey was very helpful when the delivery took longer than expected- she replied and followed it up straight away.

4 out of 5 starsThese bows are very cute, but very small. The size is clearly listed, but it still looked smaller than I expected on my daughter and two have already gotten lost because they are so petite. They are well made. However, I am disappointed that when I contacted the shop to cancel my order after noticing that I was paying almost as much for shipping as the bows, she said she had already cut the leather and couldn't cancel. I understand that somewhat, but feel like she most likely could've made four bows to sell to the next customer and been more understanding.

My Past is a Blessing to my Future!
Growing up in my homeland, I remember Dad, a fisherman back then, using wooden planks to paint beautiful scenery and boats. Sometimes, he would craft things out of wood. He once made us a swing. And the amazing thing was watching him make a real-life fishing boat out of wood for his livelihood! Dad is always my inspiration because he has really crafty hands up till today.
Mum, on the other hand, sewed whenever there was a need...when clothes got worn out, when buttons came off, reinforcing the stitches on umbrellas...etc Slowly, she delegated those jobs to me.
In my teenage years, Dad bought me a sewing machine and some pieces of fabric. I learnt to make various things out of them. Those were carefree days. I would make headwear out of anything I could find including fabric, cardboard, straws and strings, put them on my head and go running in the open country spaces and pretended to be a beautiful fairy.
The love to craft continues today...

Returns and exchanges
As all items in my shop are custom made I do not accept returns for change of mind. If you find a fault with the craftsmanship of your item(s), please contact me to discuss these issues within 14 days of receiving your order. I want you to be happy with your order. As the buyer, any return postage or associated costs must be paid for by you.
Payment
Please make your payment within 48 hours after your purchase or the transaction will be void.
As bank transfers may take up to 3 days, we need to see that the transfer has gone through before I start production, so I appreciate your patience.
Delivery
If you need a rush order, please let me know. This will be subject to a rush order fee. If you have any other questions, please send me a message.
If you wish to have an accurate calculation of your shipping charges, please send me a message.
Please ensure your delivery address is up to date. I will send out items based on what's reflected in my sold orders.
All postage charges reflected are based on standard Australia mail/parcel post. There is neither tracking nor signature at your end for small items sent out via standard letter post. If you require tracking or signature upon delivery, you can send me a message to request for registered post at an extra cost. As for parcel post, tracking is included.
If you need an item urgently, you can send me a message for express post at an extra cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
Note that all items are handmade by me and sometimes there may be slight variations in colours due to stock availability of materials. In such situation, I will convo to seek your decision. Also note that colour variances can occur due to different computer monitors. I strive to make each item as close to my pictures or even better in person!
