Welcome to Catherine Bridal. All bridal wear is handmade in my studio in Sydney. I inspire to create pieces that are simple yet stylish and sophisticated by combining quality fabrics, crystals and trims.

Returns and exchanges
* Returns and exchanges are only accepted on goods within seven days from the date of delivery. Please notify me in writing of your intention to return an item.
* If an item is not received within this time period it will not be accepted.
* Garments/Items must not have been worn or altered.
* Items must be in their original condition.
* All original tags must still be attached and not have been removed from the product. If the tags are not secured on the garment, the return will not be accepted.
*Be very careful when trying garments on as they can only be returned as new in their original condition.
* Garments must be returned clean and without marks but must not have been dry-cleaned, spot cleaned or washed.
* If you would like to return an item due to change of mind, the return shipping fees are at your own expense.
*You are responsible for the items until they reach Catherine Bridal, therefore we recommend returning an item as registered Australian Post or any secure means and supplier you trust.
* Please ensure that you send the correct amount - any variation on the amount will not be accepted.
* Payment is required in full at time of checkout.
* Should you need to cancel a custom order you may be responsible for the cost of fabric and trims bought for your order.
* Please note the delivery times for orders. Unless prior arrangement has been made for rush orders, veils can take 1-2 weeks to be made.
* All orders received for the week are dispatched on Saturday mornings and a dispatch notification email with the tracking number is sent to let you know your order is on it's way.
* Deliveries and orders are answered and dispatched during normal business hours only.
* Some small items are posted as letters with no tracking to save you postage. Should you want to upgrade your postal service or postal insurance, please request this at check out.
* I recommend taking the item out the delivery box as soon as possible and leaving it too hang. This will ensure that creases drop out before wearing the item.
