Con experiencia en trabajo social, haciendo trabajos intensos y emocionalmente agotadores las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, cuando tuve a mis dos hijas pequeñas, decidí quedarme en casa y tomarme un descanso de ese mundo. Uno nunca puede realmente alejarse del campo una vez que ha estado inmerso en él. Me encontré perdiendo el trabajo y sintiendo que no tenía un sentido de sí mismo aparte del entrenamiento para ir al baño, enseñar a los niños pequeños a compartir y limpiar constantemente la casa.

Sintiéndome creativa y ambiciosa un día, comencé a hacer joyas. Inicialmente solo con la intención de regalos de Navidad familiares, sin embargo, no pude parar. Ha despertado la creatividad y el sentido de sí mismo en mí que había estado latente por un tiempo. Me encanta crear nuevos diseños y probar los collares / anillos / pulseras / pendientes con diferentes atuendos.

With a background in social work- doing 24/7 intense, emotionally draining jobs, when I had my two little girls I decided to stay at home and take a break from that world. One can never really get away from the field once you've been immersed in it. I found myself missing work and feeling that I didn't have a sense of self apart from potty training, teaching toddlers how to share, and constantly cleaning up the house.

Feeling creative and ambitious one day, I began making jewelry. Initially only with the intention of family Christmas presents, however, I just couldn't stop. It has awakened the creativity and sense of self in me that had been dormant for a little while. I love creating new designs and trying the necklaces/rings/bracelets/earrings out with different outfits.
