How This Planner Got Out of Her Planning and Stickers Addiction Closet
I've been an avid collector of stickers since I was very young. I would buy and collect stickers from night markets and stationery stores with whatever pocket money I had. It isn't just stickers; I'm obsessed with pretty stationery as well. I've been collecting cute erasers, pencils, notebooks, etc since I was 7!
As for planners, I've been using notebooks as planners since I was in primary school. In high school, I read about high-flying career women carrying Filofaxes around and knew that I had to get one. Well, that was until I found out how much one cost back then! In uni, I bit the bullet and bought my very first Filofax. It was a black personal-sized Metropol. My planner addiction started growing from there to more Filofaxes. That was until I stumbled upon the world of Kikki K and Erin Condren Life Planners. The rest, as they say after seeing my collection of planners, is history.
Before Closet Planner Addict came about, I've always been fascinated with how stickers were made. I bought so much over the years and thought it was high time I learned how they were made. When I bought a Silhouette Cameo machine, I didn't expect this little hobby of printing stickers for myself would turn into an actual store on Etsy!
Learning to get the perfect cut right for stickers on paper took a while to master and many, many papers later, I finally did it. Sourcing for the right kind of adhesive paper was hard too as I wanted high-quality paper with a satin finish. After discovering many lemons, I'm so relieved and happy to have found the right ones I wanted.
The planning community on Facebook is absolutely fantastic. The camaraderie amongst planner addicts is amazing and everyone is so supportive and helpful. I wouldn't have taken the step to launch Closet Planner Addict if it wasn't for them.
Just before I go, here are some random tidbits about me:
- I collect heaps of stickers that I don't actually use. A lot of them are too pretty!
- I had my first ring planner in college. Before that, I used small weekly diaries that were gifts with purchases handed down by my parents.
- I don't like using ball-point pens. It's rollerball and gel pens for me all the way! Oh, and they must be as fine-tipped as possible.
- I prefer to use a regular pencil than a mechanical one.
- I recently got into the adult colouring craze and my best friend gave me a set of 72 Derwent colour pencils for my birthday. It was the most extravagant colour pencils I've ever laid my eyes on.
- Dangerous shops for me to step into are Kikki K, Daiso and Officeworks because I rarely leave these stores without buying something.
- The ultimate planner I hope to get one day: the Hermes Globe-Trotter. At the time of writing, it's AU$985.00 so, erm, I've got a looooooong way to go.
So welcome to Closet Planner Addict. I hope you like the stickers, printables and planning paraphernalia I have to offer as much as I've enjoyed making them for you.
And thank you for making my sticker-making dream come true.

Frequently asked questions
Are your stickers removable?
No, they're not. Once they're down, they won't budge.
Do you do custom orders?
At the moment, we're not accepting any custom orders but please stay tuned as this can change any time soon. If you're not sure about custom designs, please feel free to message us via Etsy. Please do not purchase any sticker sheets and request for custom designs in the Note To Seller section without checking with us first as that request will be ignored. Instead, please contact us to discuss any sort of customisations first.
Why are the colours in the stickers different from the photos?
Not all computer monitors are the same so colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
This is a question I often get and we totally understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Australian postage is notoriously expensive and our hands are tied. By them. Gah! The shipping fees include postage and a small percentage for packaging costs. For more information on Australia Post's international postage (including estimated delivery times), please check out https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/ (enter Australian suburb 3000).
Thank you for understanding.
I received my stickers but they aren't cut/printed properly. What do I do?
First of all, let me just crawl into a hole and wallow in embarrassment for sending wonky stickers to you. If that happened to you, I'm so sorry! Stickers are checked for quality control before they're shipped but sometimes, unfortunately, we do make mistakes and the wonky ones are overlooked and have made their way to you. Please message us via Etsy as soon as you detect any defects in your stickers and we'll either send you a replacement ASAP or refund your purchase. We want you to be happy with your stickers and not have to deal with wonky ones!
How long does it take for my stickers to arrive after I've received the shipping notification?
If you're based in Australia, it shouldn't take over 2 weeks for your order to arrive unless there are natural disasters going on (e.g. cyclones, typhoons, terrible storms, bushfires, etc) in either my part of town or your part of town. If 2 weeks have passed and you still haven't received your order, please contact us ASAP and we'll work something out!
If you're an international customer, Australia Post states that it takes 6-8 business days for an item to arrive, for example, to the US. However, in our experience, international customers (especially the ones based in the US, Canada and UK) usually receive their orders within 3-5 weeks, depending on customs. Any longer than that, please contact us ASAP and we'll work something out!
Is there a tracking number for my posted order?
To keep shipping fees as low as possible, tracking is not available with Australia Post's standard shipping option. In order to keep the shipping fees as low as possible for both Australian and international orders, there will be no tracking options.
If you're based in Australia and would like your order tracked, please opt for either Registered Post or Express Post shipping when you check out your order.
If you're an international customer and your order is under AU$100.00, please message me via Etsy to discuss tracking options BEFORE you place your order.
