5 out of 5 starsThese cookies were AMAZING! Becky created custom cookies with the little Octonauts cartoon characters for my son's 4th birthday party and whey were adorable. Everyone at the party loved them, and they tasted great too!

1 out of 5 starsCookies came, all but 7 were completely busted. Becky did not pack anything with care. She also refused any sort of refund stating she wasn't responsible for any damage after she handed them off to the post office and told me to go talk to them. DO NOT BUY COOKIES FROM BECKY. She ruined my wedding gift bags completely 2 days before my event. DO NOT BUY FROM HER!!!!! She packed the cookies with minimal bubble wrap and a little bit of packing paper so they clearly jostled in the box all the way from Rochester to California. If you want to make sure you get your cookies in one piece and someone who actually cares about your wedding there are obviously better places to go. SEE BELOW FOR REVIEW FROM A DIFFERENT CLIENT WHO ALSO HAD TOTALLY BROKEN COOKIES!!!! It's not just ours. Buyer SERIOUSLY beware.

As stated in my policies, I have no way to control what happens to the cookies once they leave my hands. I do my best to keep them safe, but there's really no way for me to ensure the mailman isn't too rough (intentional or not) with the box. Through her repeated emails, I did inform her that there was insurance on her package thru the post office. She would have to go to the post office with the cookies and make a claim, but she demanded an instant refund. I even offered to mail her the original receipt if it would have helped, but she denied it. I am very sorry for the loss of her cookies, which I'm sure was frustrating and disappointing. However, I assure you all appropriate precautions were taken and options presented for what was, in my experience, an isolated incident.
