Hi I'm Lauren. I live in West Yorkshire with my husband and two sons.
I am a hypnobirthing teacher and a jewellery maker. I decided to combine my passion for all things pregnancy wellbeing and jewellery, and open this little Etsy shop.

My sister business 'Create Calm Hypnobirthing' inspired the shop name. Whilst teaching pregnant mummy's how to have a calm and positive birth, I realised that a calm and positive pregnancy plays a huge part in this.

So I have started designing and making products designed to encourage positivity and wellbeing during pregnancy, birth and new motherhood.

I started making crystal bracelets for my hypnobirthing mummy's and they loved them! They loved having a special and meaningful piece of jewellery to wear throughout pregnancy and birth, that then became a treasured memento of that time.

So, I started to make more, and make them available for any new mummy's to buy.

Alongside this I have designed a set a positive birth affirmation cards. When used everyday, these can really help to reduce anxiety and increase calm in the lead up to having your beautiful baby.
