The quality of the embroidery is as good as I expected, but the only issue I faced was that the article arrived with the glass shattered into pieces. When I opened the box, there were tiny glass particles all over the artwork, which damaged the frame panelling and the fine threads in a few places ( which I mended with DMC threads myself) Either the item should have been packed without glass, or proper protective packaging should have been used to secure the glass frame during transit.
