Justin did a great job on my custom puppet. I basically just wanted a pink puppet with a foam body and head, and it turned out perfect - it's super cute and expressive. Wouldn't hesitate to order from him again!

It took longer than expected due to unforseen delays. The owner immediately messaged me about any issues they had or why it was taken longer than normal. I never had to question what was happening with my item or what stage of the process it was in. It will be a wonderful costume to wear this year, I'm so very happy with it.

Light, Flexible, not to constraining, and still stayed in contact with frequent updates despite the sudden need to take a [[Short Break]] during the ordering period.

10/10 Would commission again Time Industries was very nice during the whole process, kept in touch for small changes, and was a great guy overall. I commissioned a Rubik's cube head from them, which turned out phenomenal. Yall should buy more stuff from them.

Ordered a costume made Batman-cowl and both quality and look wise it came out as I wanted to. Communication was amazing, wishes where discussed and made. Even shipping was great (came earlier) it was a pleasure working together!
