DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items are shipped FROM Sydney, Australia via regular post, unless you choose to purchase upgraded shipping at checkout.

Estimated regular post postage times:
Within Australia 3-12 business days
Outside Australia 1-6 weeks (specific times not available)

Estimated express post postage times:
Within Australia 1-3 business days for metro, and 3-7 business days for regional.

Please note that regular post DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING NUMBER, and therefore no insurance in case of items lost in the mail. Once your order has been posted it is not able to be tracked. Therefore, if you'd like to be able to track your item, it's recommended you choose to upgrade postage at checkout.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR TRACKING NUMBER IF YOU'VE SELECTED REGULAR UNTRACKED POST.

Please also ensure you place your order with enough time to receive before your event, and take into consideration possible delays by Australia Post. Shipping times are estimates only.

NEED YOUR ORDER URGENTLY?
No problem! Please choose express post at checkout. Express orders are processed in 1-2 days, then allow 1-3 days post depending on your location. Refer express post times above.

TAXES
If you're purchasing from outside of Australia, import taxes or other fees may be applied once the item arrives in your country. This is the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for customs delays or fees.

PACKAGING
All orders are packed and sealed in cello bags, then into a rigid cardboard mailer. Toppers are also packaged with a cardboard backing sheet. If by chance your item is damaged in transit I'm happy to provide a replacement, provided I am sent a clear image of the damaged item.

I ensure all items are in perfect condition prior to posting. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact me immediately with description and image of fault. Item will need to be returned in it's original, un-used condition, and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions aren't met. Once I have received the item and seen fault, I will refund the item price (not including post) or resupply item.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchase. However, if you have any concerns about your item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your item, to resolve. I always like to ensure my customers are 100% happy with their purchase.

CUSTOMISED ITEMS
All items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 1-4 days processing time (workload dependent), then additional post time based on your selected post option. For estimated postage times please see Australia Post website. All items are posted from Sydney, Australia.

CANCELLATIONS
Please think carefully before placing your order. If your order is customised and design work has already been completed, all cancellations will incur a 50% of price, fee. This is to cover the time taken to design your item.

Please contact me before ordering if you have a super urgent order. I will always try to help, but please check first.
