All designs for sale on this site are copyright protected by Deborah Mason and may not be distributed altered or unaltered.

By purchasing knitting patterns from Marley Blue or Knit Bits you are purchasing a license for individual use only. The intellectual property and copyright of the designs remain the sole property of Deborah Mason.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
There will be no refunds for any electronic items (downloads or CDs), however, any files or CDs that are faulty will be replaced. Simply notify the store owner and a replacement item will be sent out immediately.

All other physical items are sold as is. Please read the descriptions carefully and view the photographs provided to make sure that you are happy with the item before you purchase. If in doubt, please contact the store owner to ask any questions you might have about the item and it's intended use or uses.

Refunds will be offered for any items damaged in transit, providing the store owner is notified of the damage immediately upon delivery and provided with evidence of said damage.
Delivery
All orders for physical products will be shipped as soon as possible (generally within 24-48 hours of receiving payment) and will be delivered via Australia Post.

Please ensure that your address details are correct, as I will not be replacing items lost in transit if the address provided is incorrect.
