Frequently asked questions
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to it being a digital product, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Does the product require a Canva account?
Some products DO require a Canva account in order to download them (such as the social media templates). Creating a Canva is FREE! Hence why I create all my products there.
What happens if I don't receive my downloads?
Yeh, this can happen (but it's rare). Feel free to message me on Etsy and I'll be able to send you over your purchased product (as long as you have a receipt of purchase).
Can I resell these? or sell them to my clients?
If you're purchasing from Etsy, then no, you cannot. But if you're planning on using or selling it commercially, please purchase it at my Creative Market store: creativemarket.com/ektcreatives .
Are images in the preview included in the Canva templates?
Some older social media templates do have images (that belong to Canva). HOWEVER recently with newer product releases, some images will not be included.

What if my files don’t show up after purchase?
This has happened before (due to Etsy technical difficulties) but PLEASE reach out to me on Etsy (I will sometimes ask for the receipt of purchase if necessary) and I will send over the files.
Am I able to manually print these? (business cards, cliparts, etc.)
If you purchase a file that allows printing (like digital business cards, printable planners, etc), yes you can print them yourself or at your local print store.
But please be aware that the colour may come out differently than the digital version (see the difference between RGB vs CMYK: https://99designs.com.au/blog/tips/correct-file-formats-rgb-and-cmyk/)
Do they come in different sizes? Can I resize these?
The digital templates, they’re the default size of the original content recommendation. However, if you would like me to resize the digital files, feel free to reach out and I can do that for you (free of charge!) OR you can resize it yourself if you have Canva Pro.
For printable planners, feel free to reach out to me and I'll be happy to resize them for you in the size you want (again, free of charge).
