Retrocedamos al año 2023, una época en la que el amor estaba en el aire y yo estaba en el umbral de mi eternidad. El sol pintaba el cielo con tonos de verde salvia y dorado, y allí, bajo un dosel de eucaliptos, pronuncié mis votos. Era el día de mi boda, un día de amor, risas y un toque de frugalidad.
Verás, mi pareja y yo habíamos decidido mantener los costos bajos. Las bodas, como todos sabemos, pueden ser eventos encantadores pero también costosos. Entonces, armada con creatividad y un tablero de Pinterest que podría rivalizar con la Biblioteca de Alejandría, me embarqué en una misión: ¡hacer nuestra boda lo más a mi manera posible!
Creé invitaciones, tarjetas de lugar con vinilos hechos a mano y diseñé carteles de bienvenida y planos de asientos. Y mientras cortaba y doblaba esas hojas de cartulina, me di cuenta de algo profundo: me encantaba esto. El olor de la cartulina fresca, la satisfacción de un monograma perfectamente centrado, la alegría de crear algo exclusivamente nuestro... era adictivo.
Pero la historia no terminó allí. Cuando el confeti se disipó y el último baile se desvaneció en mi memoria, una chispa se encendió dentro de mí. ¿Por qué no convertir esta pasión en algo más? Y así nació mi pequeña empresa: un refugio para las futuras novias que ansiaban elegancia sin un precio elevado.
Me sumergí de lleno en el mundo de la papelería para bodas. Mi piso se convirtió en un santuario de muestras de color, maquetas y sueños. Escuché a las novias compartir sus visiones: el estilo rústico chic, el glamour minimalista, la extravagancia bohemia. Querían lujo, pero también querían mantener intactas sus cuentas bancarias. ¿Y quién podría culparlas?
Fue entonces cuando se me ocurrió: plantillas. Plantillas hermosas y personalizables que empoderarían a estas almas que pronto se casarían. Comencé a crear diseños para guardar la fecha, números de mesa, tarjetas de ubicación, invitaciones y etiquetas de obsequios. Con unos pocos clics, podían agregar sus nombres, modificar las fuentes y, ¡voilá!, imprimir su propia magia en casa.
La alegría de ayudar a otros a planificar la boda de sus sueños es algo que me apasiona. Disfruté de las noches largas, quitando las malas hierbas del vinilo, midiendo al milímetro, ajustando los recortes de las fuentes y cortando las invitaciones. Y cuando una novia me envió un mensaje, su emoción era palpable, diciendo: "¡Tu plantilla nos alegró el día!", ese fue mi momento de confeti.
Así que aquí estoy, una ex novia convertida en empresaria, tejiendo historias de amor a través de píxeles y papel.

Let's rewind to the year 2023 - a time when love was in the air, and I stood at the threshold of my forever. The sun painted the sky with hues of sage green and gold, and there, beneath a canopy of eucalyptus, I said my vows. It was my wedding day—a day of love, laughter, and a touch of frugality.
You see, my partner and I had decided to keep costs down. Weddings, as we all know, can be enchanting but also wallet-draining affairs. So, armed with creativity and a Pinterest board that could rival the Library of Alexandria, I embarked on a mission: to DIY our wedding as much as I could!
I crafted invitations suites, hand-vinyled place cards, and designed welcme signs and seating plans. And as I cut and folded those crisp cardstock sheets, I realised something profound: I loved this. The smell of fresh card, the satisfaction of a perfectly centered monogram, the joy of creating something uniquely ours—it was addictive.
But the story didn’t end there. As the confetti settled and the last dance faded into memory, a spark ignited within me. Why not turn this passion into something more? And so, my small business was born—a haven for brides-to-be who craved elegance without the hefty price tag.
I dove headfirst into the world of wedding stationery. My flat became a sanctuary of color swatches, mock-ups, and dreams. I listened to brides share their visions—the rustic chic, the minimalist glam, the boho whimsy. They wanted luxury, but they also wanted to keep their bank accounts intact. And who could blame them?
That’s when it hit me: templates. Beautiful, customizable templates that would empower these soon-to-be-wed souls. I started to craft designs for save-the-dates, table numbers, place cards, invitations and, and favor tags. With a few clicks, they could add their names, tweak the fonts, and—voilà!—print their own magic at home.
The joy of helping others plan their dream weddings is something I am passionate about. I reveled in the late nights, deweeding vinyl, measuring to the mm, adjusting font parings and cutting invites. And when a bride messaged me, her excitement palpable, saying, “Your template made our day!”—that was my confetti moment.
So here I am, a former Bride turned business owner, weaving love stories through pixels and paper.
