Down Grapevine Lane

I have crafted all my life but decided to turn my hobby into a business after having my kids. My craft interests are varied and include sewing, crochet, felt work, and embroidery. You will find a wide variety of items in my shop as I make what I love and what makes me happy, not what would generate the best profit margin. I am a perfectionist and all my items are made with love and with a lot of attention to detail.

I am also excited about new challenges so if you have something different in mind please contact me as I take requests for one-off customs!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We want you to be absolutely pleased with your purchase. If you would like to return an item in its original condition (unwashed and unused), you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. PLEASE CONTACT us to make arrangements for returns or exchanges. We cannot exchange or refund after this time, so please make sure you are happy with your purchase & everything fits upon receiving your items. All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and is not refundable.
Payment
Payment is due immediately. We accept Paypal and credit cards.
Shipping
All orders will be sent by Australia Post unless advised otherwise. Please allow production time + shipping time for hand made goods / fabric. If you would like your item to be insured, please convo for the cost. If you do not purchase insurance, Down Grapevine Lane IS NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International customers: To keep costs down all international orders are sent via regular airmail, where international tracking is not available. If you want tracking please convo me to get a quote for extra postage.
