Each item purchased will be individually handmade for you once I have received your order. The item will be the same as you see in the product photos, however please be aware that wherever I use gemstones or artisan made lampwork and metal - very slight variations in the actual beads are natural. I endeavour to match the beads as closely as possible to those in the photos!

Returns and exchange details
It is very important to me that you are delighted with your new jewellery!

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please let me know within 3 days of receiving your item so that I can fix the situation immediately for you! Returns in original condition and packaging will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, return postage will be paid for by the buyer. You can then choose either a refund (minus shipping costs) or request a replacement which we will provide for you at no additional shipping cost to you.
All payments are processed securely via either PayPal or with a credit card using Direct Checkout.
Purchases will normally be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Jewellery is carefully wrapped, then packaged securely for posting. Please note that all packaging costs are complementary – you only pay for shipping costs :)

All orders are shipped regular airmail via Australia Post and charges vary according to height and weight of the item being shipped. Please see individual listings for shipping options.


For small, lightweight items, I am able to send your purchases in a sturdy slimline box at relatively low shipping costs. It will be attractively packaged for you in a pretty organza gift bag.

Larger and/or heavier items will incur a slightly higher shipping charge because of additional height and weight.


Domestic (Australia)
Delivery times for standard postage vary between 2-6 business days, depending on where you live. If you need your item quickly, please choose the Express Post upgrade. Delivery times for this vary between 1-2 business days, again depending on where you live.

According to Australia Post advice, delivery times are typically between 4-20 business days but could be a little longer depending on your country, any specific customs requirements or delays and of course extreme weather conditions.

If you live outside Australia you may notice that the prices of my listings vary slightly from day to day. This is because all items are listed by me in Australian dollars. This AUD price is then converted to your local currency - governed by exchange rates between the 2 currencies.
