Custom and personalised orders

Yes we do provide custom/personalised orders, although these are non refundable

Why is shipping so expensive to my country?

Unfortunately where we ship (Australia), there is no other cheaper option for shipping. Australia post is the cheapest service for sending parcels overseas.

Can I swap shades around in bundles/palettes?

No, unless specified. The shades included are exclusive to the price

How do you pack your items (breakage prevention)?

We wrap each individual item in plastic or a capsule, then in foam, then in bubble wrap. This should minimise any breakages.

Lost/stolen/undelivered items

Enchanted Lustre cosmetics isn't accountable for any lost/stolen/undelivered items. Once your item is shipped, you may contact your country's postal service for any issues.

Damaged goods caused by shipping

I ensure all parcels and orders are wrapped in extra padding and bubble wrap to minimise any issues. Although in some cases, postal services are rough with packages. Due to high costs of international shipping from Australia, I can only offer a replacement with your next order with us. Ensure you send me a photo of the damaged item within a week of receiving your item (this is usually within a period of 4 weeks from purchase, processing and shipment).

Cancelling order/changing items

If you wish to cancel/change your order, you have within 24 hours to do so. After which, you will be charged a restocking fee.

Customs/fees/tax

Enchanted lustre is not responsible for any other fees that is involved post shipping (this includes customs fees in some countries). I am however, happy to help by attaching your receipt on the parcel if your country requires it. Just mention this in the note section on your purchase.

Is there tracking included in the shipping cost? Can I receive tracking?

Due to the high international shipping costs from Australia post (AUSPOST INTERNATIONAL), I do NOT include tracking in the shipping costs. This shipping method is the cheapest way to send parcels overseas. Tracking is available but at the buyers expense (contact me before you make your purchase so I may customise your tracked order).

Late refunds (orders made over 180 days ago).

Etsy does not process refunds 180 days after you have made the order. If there is an issue with your product, please ensure you contact us within 180 days from ordering. Please note ELC is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Evidence of shipping and processing times is provided by our store and it is stated in all of our listings. If you wish to insure or/and include tracking on your order, please contact us so we may customise a listing for you.

Refunds policy

Refunds are solved on a case by case basis. A refund can be issued to you if there is a problem with the product only. Photo evidence is required to receive full or partial refund within 80 days of receiving the product. Refunds based on personal preference or simply 'disliking' the product will not be applicable.
