Returns/Refunds
Due to all of our items being printed to order we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Delivery Estimates & Shipping
Etsy supplied delivery estimates are estimates only, not guarantees. We will not be held responsible for items arriving beyond the estimated delivery date or Australia Post delays.
My item was returned by Australia Post - what can I do?
If your item is addressed incorrectly or unclaimed and returned to us we will pass on the Australia Post Return To Sender Fee of $10.65 to you. We will notify you if an item is returned to organise the next steps.
Express Postage and Urgent Orders
If you select the Express Shipping upgrade please keep in mind that this speeds up delivery time, not processing time. See our store home page for current processing times.
We post from an address outside the Express Post network - this means that Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links but your delivery won't be covered by the Next Day Guarantee. If you require your items urgently please contact us before placing your order to check we have what you need in stock and our estimated dispatch time.
Custom and personalised orders
All of our items are printed to order. This can take a little time which is why we provide an estimated processing time.
Processing time includes design printing, personalisation, garment pressing & printing, as well as hand packing your order.
Order delivery occurs After orders are processed with us.
