Thank you Heather for the 5 stars. The tokens are sized to fit the one-page bingo so they need to be printed out at 50% size on your printer to fit the two-page game. Thank you for that feedback as I will now be including that 50% smaller size with the games :)

What size do my items come in?
All sizes are stated in the item listing.
1. To change the size of a pdf, after you have opened the file, click on the "File" tab on the top menu bar and then select the "Optimize PDF" option. There, you will be able to resize your PDF image without losing quality.
2. Easily resize by using a site like this - https://docupub.com/pdfresize/ for free and without losing quality.
3. Alternatively, take the file to a print shop and they will be able to enlarge it for you too.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Digital items and their nature make it difficult to allow refunds, so please understand this prior to download. But if you are having a problem with your order, please contact me first, I will be happy to help you.
Will a physical product be shipped to me?
No, all items listed are digital download which are received instantly after payment. There will be no physical item sent to you.
Where can I download my purchase?
If you have purchased a self-editable Corjl file you will be sent a link to your email address associated with your Etsy account after your purchase. This link will take you to Corjl.com
No editable file is included in your Etsy download, just a set of instructions that tell you how to access and edit your purchased template.
Or
If you checked out using Etsy account, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click 'Download Files'. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you checked out as a guest, you will find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
Printing options
Your designs can be printed at home, at a local print shop or online.
If you wish to have it professionally printed then I recommend Prints of Love.

What is the best way to print my files?
You can print as a JPG, PDF or PNG.
JPG files are photo files- Upload to any online photo website, or print from a photo lab such as Walmart, Walgreens, Costco and online line at sites like Shutterfly.com
PDF files are best for printing from home or at your local copy shop such as Staples or Officemax. Print, trim and cut to size if applicable.
What are printable files?
All items in our shop are digital items.
We also offer self-editable files so there is no need to wait for file proofs!
Edit your own file directly in your browser or on a mobile device using the free online editing software Corjl.com.
Corjl makes it easy for you to make all the changes yourself, download the PDF, JPG or PNG, and have it all ready to go immediately.
We do not ship any printed products through our Etsy store. All our items are sent digitally.
What envelopes should I use for 5x7 invitations?
A7 Envelopes (5 1/4" x 7 1/4") in 24lb. The A7 envelope size is the perfect invitation envelope, commonly called 5x7 Envelopes because they are the best envelope for 5" x 7" invitations and cards.
How do I upload my own photos to the template?
- To change the photo, click on the pre-set Image. The "Replace Image" option will appear in your editing options. Choose your image to replace.
Editing issues? Try editing using Google Chrome on a computer/laptop. Sometimes it can be difficult to add photos or use other editing options on a phone.
Use high resolution photos at least 300 DPI for the best results.
