The Te of Mala

The Te of Mala is an online store run via Etsy. You can find a range of my watercolour artwork in both singles and in sets. I also hand make jewellery including Mala beads, crystal jewellery, and clay pieces. I also make spiritual tools such as crystal boxes and altar boxes.

If you receive your item and it is damaged please send me a picture and I will be happy to accommodate your needs and find a fair solution. If your item hasn't arrived send me a message and I'll try and find out what has occurred.
Sorry no refunds or returns on items that haven't been damaged in postage or lost in postage.
Once an item has been dispatched an order cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer combined postage?

Yes, I do offer combined postage on almost all my items.

Is there a tracking number for my item?

All items sent regular post do not come with tracking. At checkout you can choose to pay for tracking if you wish. Larger items will be sent with tracking which will be stated in the description or shipping profile.

How long will my item take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on location. Items may get held up longer due to customs.
Australia: 5 days to 2 weeks (depending on state)
United States: 15-25 business days.
Canada: 1-3 months.
United Kingdom: 10-20 days.
Italy: 1-3 months.
Rest of Europe: 10-20 days.
Asia: 8-20 days.
