Thank you for visiting my Etsy shop, I hope you will find something you like.

Hand embroidery is my passion. I have been writing for a leading embroidery magazine, designing, creating and teaching embroidery for a long time. I love encouraging new and experienced stitchers to discover the fabulous craft.
I aim for all my clients to be excited about my products, by providing carefully packaged kits, with clear and detailed instructions.
I will always endeavour to describe my items honestly and accurately. My postage and packing charges will be at cost price.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me within 3 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
The shipping expenses required to send the original parcel back will be the buyer's reasonability.

PLEASE be aware there are currently extensive delays in delivery of mail worldwide.

++ Kits and larger items are sent via Australia Post PARCEL POST SERVICE.
++ Smaller items (needles, scissors, tools) are posted as LETTER MAIL - This DOES NOT cover insurance or tracking.
If you would like to add insurance or tracking to your order, please contact me to arrange this.

++ In the event of your parcel being damaged or going astray and not being insured, I will not be held responsible. I have not experienced any such problems, but please be aware of this policy.
