Fleurieu Gifts provide a fully sustainable mini-garden in every gift. Our purpose is to bring gift-giving to life by providing a beautiful, eco-friendly alternative to cut flowers.
We believe no matter how small your space, there's a plant to fit.

Fleurieu Gifts is a family-run, proudly South Australian business directed by me, Charlene Maney. Fleurieu Gifts is located on South Australia’s stunning Fleurieu Peninsula. All of our garden gifts are created by me, then packaged with love and care at Fleurieu Gifts’ headquarters (the shed) in Port Noarlunga. I believe in keeping things local as much as possible. That means that when I can't grow my own, I source the vast majority of our high quality materials and plants from the Fleurieu Peninsula, supporting other local artisans, businesses and growers.

I know plants, what works and what doesn't. Everything here is made with the intention of it being long lasting - so that plants will thrive and continue to do so for months, years even!

I aim to bring a classic style and charm to all the Fleurieu Gifts' creations so that whether buying something special for yourself or for someone else, you are getting a living, sustainable and beautiful product that is truly unique.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
At Fleurieu Gifts our goal is to make sure you are delighted with your order and the service you have received. In most cases, if your order arrives damaged, we will replace or refund.

Please note that most of our living gifts are created by hand as they are ordered, so that you receive the freshest products available. Your gift will look very similar to the photos shown on our site but some differences will occur as each plant has its own characteristics and no two gifts are exactly the same.

If your order arrives damaged, you must EMAIL US with a photo of the damage and return your gift within 7 days of receipt. In your email please include your name and order number (provided on your invoice) as well as a photo of the damage for us to assess. Please do not dispose of your plant or products. We are unable to replace or refund if the original plant is unable to be assessed.

You must return damaged goods within 7 days of delivery. We will then arrange for a swift replacement or refund. Initial postage costs for returns are at your expense but will be reimbursed with your refund, so please keep your receipt. Alternatively, we may be able to organise a courier to pick up from you.

At times, minor issues of presentation can arise in transit. Please email us if you are unhappy with the presentation of your gift upon receipt.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched we do not accept cancellations.
Shipping
IMPORTANT: Courier deliveries are all sent with Authority to Leave. To upgrade your shipping to sign on delivery please request this option as there are added costs involved.

Couriers may 'card' your delivery to a local Post Office at their discretion (usually for addresses where access is difficult or unsafe). It is the receiver's responsibility to ensure that plant gifts are retrieved from a depot/local Post Office in a timely manner. We are not responsible for deliveries not retrieved within 3 days of delivery. Remember, plants need air, light and water to survive.

Deliveries are sent every 2 business days, unless you have purchased a custom order. Delivery times for custom orders are stated on each product and may be longer. All products purchased will be sent by courier to ensure the fastest delivery times.

We cannot at any time send to Post Office Boxes.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:
SA metro - up to two business days
SA regional - up to three business days
For all other states please allow up to 5 days for delivery.
Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.

Once your gift has been dispatched you will receive an email with a TRACKING NUMBER so that you know where your gift is at every stage of the delivery process.

Cancellations will not be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

We will happily combine items and postage for you and if postage costs are cheaper than what you have paid we will refund the difference. With multiple items, postage charges calculated at the checkout can become excessive. We will automatically refund any excess postage charges above $2.

Fleurieu Gifts sends products around Australia only.

Due to quarantine restrictions, Fleurieu Gifts cannot deliver products containing soil to Tasmania, WA or NT. For quarantine purposes soil is classed as a dangerous good and is restricted in these parts of Australia.

All of our living plant gifts are sent with detailed (but simple!) care instructions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most of our plant gifts are packaged in a way to ensure plant safety and therefore cannot be gift-wrapped. However, we can always include a complimentary gift note - just send us the message for inclusion.

Where do you ship?

Fleurieu Gifts sends products around Australia only.
Due to quarantine restrictions, Fleurieu Gifts cannot deliver products containing soil to Tasmania, WA or NT. For quarantine purposes soil is classed as a dangerous good and is restricted in these parts of Australia.

Deliveries and courier information.

Deliveries are usually sent every 2 business days. Delivery times for custom orders are stated on each product and may require a longer creation time. All products are sent by courier or express post to ensure the fastest delivery times.
Courier deliveries are all sent with Authority to Leave.
