Flowers For Ever After

After years working in the floral industry and customer service, it was after making flowers for some friends weddings that word of mouth started creating more and more work for us. We then started appearing at bridal expos and the word has definitely spread. We work full time in our workshop designing and creating bridal bouquets and packages for our local and international brides. To this day we have sold our products throughout Australia, The United States, Europe and Asia many times. It has taken many years to build up slowly, but our biggest emphasis has always been on customer service and customer satisfaction as well as innovating new techniques to deliver the perfect look for each individual bride.

We are a Family owned and operated business with years of experience in the floral, design and customer service industry. We pride ourselves on the service we provide and our ability to surpass our customers expectations. Our aim is to create the perfect floral package for every bride.

Our team is made up of three members each with a differing tastes, so we can provide a wide range of designs to choose from and spend many hours creating new concepts and designs as well as customizing packages for each individual bride. We always use high quality flowers, materials and finishes so that your product looks amazing from every angle, complements your theme/feel and will stand the test of time. Our products are not just for your big day but can become an heirloom and this is another reason we will not let anything leave our workshop until we are 100% happy.

We can provide all the floral requirements for your day from bouquets to boutonnieres, corsages, cake toppers, hair pieces, centerpieces and more. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of this product we don’t Refund or Exchange so please choose carefully and be sure to read the complete listing before making a purchase. If a listed or custom ordered item does not fully fit your requirements Contact Us before purchase and we can talk about a more customized product for you or alter details as necessary.
We accept payments through PayPal, Credit Card purchases are also accepted but only through the PayPal process. For our Australian customers there is also an option to Direct Deposit. Please contact us for this option.
Custom Orders - In order to begin work and secure the required materials for a custom order we require a 50% deposit.
It is our recommendation that you secure your order as soon as possible as the flowers and other materials required that are quoted are not always available or in stock, particularly in the lead up to Christmas, Valentines Day & Mothers Day.

Once your order is received we bring in all stock quoted so you don’t miss out on anything regardless of how far away your event is. For this reason all deposits a non-refundable. Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one day event in most cases, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. All custom orders are cut and assembled especially for you and your theme/style and as such cannot be returned.

Once your order is completed you will receive pictures of your pieces at which point we will organize the total remaining balance including shipping that needs to be paid.

Changes - We are happy to make only small adjustments to your pieces once completed, but any variations that are outside of what was agreed upon in the quote (eg. adding more stems, changing a bouquet or arrangement shape, changing colours, changing types of foliage or flowers, changing ribbon etc) you will need to pay for any additional stems, ribbon, etc as well as time to reset the bouquet.
* Please note that to reset a bouquet it can take anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on its design (more in the case of jeweled designs). If you have pictures of what you would like your bouquets to look like, these need to be provided at the time of quoting. Any pictures sent after work is completed will not be acted upon.

A care instruction letter will be included with your order to help you store and maintain your flowers for a long time to come.
Lead Time
*Items listed as in stock are made and ready for shipping within 2 weeks. Custom orders require a minimum of 3 weeks notice when stems are on hand in our studio, or as agreed through a conversation with us. If you need a rush order contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements. We can negotiate payment plans if required.


*We use PayPal address so please ensure it is correct as we will not be liable for non-delivery with incorrect addresses being provided. If parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address provided or non-collection it is responsibility of buyer to repay shipping costs.

*Shipping costs will vary according to your location. Please note that when purchasing multiple items directly through Etsy listings the shipping calculator is inaccurate and you may be over charged. In this case we will refund the difference back to your PayPal account or alternatively you can contact us for an accurate quote for combined shipping discounts and invoice.

*Custom orders – final shipping can be unknown as it is based on the final weight of your items. We endeavour to give you an approximate price range at the time of quoting so that you are aware of what to expect. On completion of your order we will calculate shipping accurately and add it to your final balance.

*Shipping within Australia is done through Australia post and Insured Couriers. Domestically approximate shipping lead times will be known once the appropriate shipping option is selected.

*International parcels are sent with tracking. If you require International shipping please also please provide your phone number in the 'Notes' section before you checkout. If you require a faster delivery time please contact us and we will do our best to organize an appropriate delivery method. Couriers such as FedEx and UPS can be used for urgent shipping, but will be more us for pricing.

*With International Shipping if your country has customs duties that are not already included in shipping price these costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local postal service to see if this applies to you.

*Shipping charges will include the cost of handling, insurance, packaging and any other materials that are required to ensure your products arrive safely.
Additional policies and FAQs
Real Touch Flowers - If you are ordering real touch flowers it is important to know that these stems have a latex coating. While it feels fantastic, it is a characteristic of rubber and this coating to after some time deepen or discolour (more so in whites and creams) and stain when in contact with colored fabrics or other colored flowers. There is nothing that can stop this natural process, but dry heated environments will speed it up if you are displaying your bouquets at home later on.

Raw Ends- If you choose to have your bouquet handles finished with open ends. We do file the bases to minimize the feel of wires as is the nature of artificial flowers. While it is aesthetically pleasing it is at your own risk as raw ends particularly have the ability to snag/ catch fabrics (even with filing) on your dress, and we won’t be held liable for any damages to your gowns. We recommend a full wrap finish to avoid any possible issues or concerns on the day.

*We endeavor to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so if you have any concerns before or after your purchase please inbox us. We will attempt everything we can to help you throughout the process such as; make changes to designs if needed, organize additional pieces or resolve any issues to ensure your experience with us and your special day is perfect.

*We put a lot of time and effort into every one of our designs so we love to receive reviews and photos from our happy customers. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us before leaving a review and we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
