The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied with your products, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues. I love happy customers! Refunds are possible (excluding shipping costs) so please contact me with any problems.
Payment
Flutterby Jewellery accepts the following methods of payment:

• Direct Etsy checkout,
• Paypal,
• Etsy Gift Cards.

Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. If payment is not received within this time frame the transaction will be cancelled. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duty taxes that may arise.
Delivery
GENERAL
• I ship all my items with Australia Post.
• All items will be shipped within 3 days after receiving payment - generally I can post orders the same or following day.
• Items will be shipped to the address in your Etsy account.
• I will notify you as soon as your order is posted.
• I have done my best to accurately quote shipping costs but I will refund excess shipping charges if over charging has occurred. My shipping prices do include the cost of packaging/handling.

AUSTRALIA
• Standard postage does not include tracking - so please only choose this option if you are happy without tracking. This does keep the price low but things are taken much longer to arrive.
• I offer both registered and express as an upgrade option so please select these if you would like tracking.
• Things are taking much longer to arrive in the strange COVID times so please be aware and please be patient. :)

INTERNATIONAL
• Unfortunately overseas parcels are not able to be tracked at this time so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
• Currently I am only posting to New Zealand at this time. Hopefully I can find an appropriate option for other countries soon.
• If there are any custom issues or country refusal issues with your parcel, I am unable to accept responsibility. If the parcel is returned to me from your country's customs, I will happily refund your money.
