Right after your template purchase, you'll receive an email from us. This email includes straightforward, easy-to-follow tutorials to get you prepped. Expect another email within 48 hours post-purchase, containing an invitation to access your new template. Once you accept this invitation, the template will be set up as a new website in your account.
Can I switch templates after purchase if I change my mind?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we encourage careful selection as we typically do not offer exchanges nor refund. So please make sure you read all of the product details and policies before your purchase.
What if I need help setting up and customizing my template, can I hire you?
Certainly! We understand that setting up and customizing a template might not be everyone's cup of tea. That's where our 'Website in a Weekend' service comes in! With this service, you can relax while we take care of all the heavy lifting. As long as you already have your website content (photos, copy, and branding) ready, we'll get your website up, running, and tailored to your preferences by Monday.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our templates are digital products, we do not offer refunds. We recommend reviewing the template details thoroughly before purchasing.

All of our templates are designed for Squarespace 7.1.— the newer version of Squarespace.
