Frequently asked questions

Do you take custom orders?

I cannot take custom orders at this time.

Care instructions

All my pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe. The color will never fade from use or cleaning.

How do you package your pottery for shipment?

I wrap each piece multiple times in recyclable bubble wrap.
Then place it in a box with brown kraft paper surrounding all sides to ensure no breakage or chipped edges occur.

Can I recycle the packaging from my purchase?

YES! ALL my packaging is 100% recyclable.
The bubble wrap can be recycled with your plastic bags.
The brown Kraft paper can be recycled as usual.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, but I ask that you pay the shipping cost for each item you purchase separately.

I will refund shipping overage if I am able to ship multiple items together safely. Some pieces need to be shipped alone.

I try my best to ship orders the cheapest way for my customers, while still being the safest!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, I do not. I package each item in the safest way possible. Until I can find a way to do both, I cannot offer gift wrapping.

I do, however, offer gift notes.

If you are buying an item as a gift for someone but are not having it shipped directly to them, e.g. you're having it shipped to your address, please DO NOT mark it as a gift. I will not be able to print you a proper receipt.

Do you accept exchanges?

I cannot accept exchanges because most of the pottery I make are one of a kind pieces of art!

I do, however, accept returns with the conditions stated above.

What happens if my order comes in damaged?

In the rare occasion that this does happen, all orders are insured through USPS. The buyer is responsible for putting in a damage claim with USPS to get their refund.
