Il lavoro di disegno e mixed media di Laura è apparso in mostre personali e collettive in sedi regionali e nazionali, tra cui l'Università delle Hawaii, MFA City Gallery (Baltimora), Elaine L. Jacobs Gallery (Detroit), Lemon Street Gallery (WI), Bowling Green State University (OH), Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center (MI), Illinois Central College, Muskegon Museum of Art e Lowell Area Arts Council.

Laura's drawing and mixed media work has appeared in solo and group exhibitions at regional and national venues, including the University of Hawaii, MFA City Gallery (Baltimore), Elaine L. In 2009, she was awarded a fellowship to the Provincetown Community Compact (MA) artist-in-residence program at the Cape Cod National Seashore. Also in 2009, she was honored with a Distinguished Alumni (Community Service) award from Kendall College of Art and Design. In 2011 and 2012, she was fortunate to be named as an artist-in-residence at the Glen Arbor Art Association (MI).
