5 out of 5 starsGreat customer service, this was before Christmas and I needed to wait on a logo - she worked with me and held on until the last minute- I was aware it would come after Christmas but it was worth it! My hubby LOVES it and uses it everyday! It’s a beautiful cup!!

1 out of 5 starsHeck can’t give one star. Ordered on Nov 21 here it is Dec 24 nothing received. USPS shows label created Dec 14 but seller did not take to usps until Dec 19 so here it is Christmas Eve I don’t have a Christmas present for a certain individual and item shows no progress in tracking I sure wish I would have ordered from someone else. But I definitely will not be a return customer

Hello Nicole, Unfortunately I have no control once I hand the package off to USPS. They are delaying in scanning as well as delivering packages. I had packages picked up on the 15th and the deadline for Christmas delivery was December 19th. I added extra days in case of delays. Sincerely, Alysha

1 out of 5 starsI normally don't leave bad reviews, but I ordered this item as a Christmas gift on November 17th, 2020. In the item details, it plainly stated that it takes 2-3 weeks to ship and I understood that. I contacted the seller on Dec. 11th to get the status of my item. The seller then messaged me stating that my order would be shipping out the 12th and Etsy would send a notification on the tracking details. It is now December 17th and I cannot even track my package. Since the 12th, I have tried tracking my package and the only information it tells me is "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item." Very frustrating and I will NEVER order from here again!

Hello Jaden, Your order was dropped off at the post office on December 12th well before the USPS holiday deadline for Christmas delivery. Once the order is delivered to the post office, I no longer have control of the order and tracking information updates. Alysha

4 out of 5 starsI ordered my item and unfortunately it wasn’t shipped out on time. The seller refunded my order and still shipped out what I originally had bought. Just make sure you communicate with her and she is there to help with any concerns. She’s definitely an accountable boss.

Both conversations were vague and gave no indication that the order was even close to being done. I was excited to to gift this item, but at this point I regret purchasing from this seller. Completely disappointed.
