Red color yarn was more Alabama crimson than Aggie maroon, but otherwise great item - very unique. Good quality otherwise, reasonable price, fast shipping, and FANTASTIC customer service/communication.

The earrings were shipped in a business envelope and one of them tore through the paper and fell out, which means I received a shredded envelope and a single earring. This could have easily been prevented with a padded manila envelope and a plastic jewelry bag, all very simple and cheap ways of securing the package. My name and address were also misspelled, so it's frankly a surprise that the package was even delivered to the right address. Overall, the level of professionalism is low, even though the prices are good... but, I guess you get what you pay for. It's a shame, because the earring I received is very pretty are well-made.
