Short version: Took twice as long to deliver as promised and arrived with unknown "dirt" on it. Long version: Ordered on March 15th. Highwinds said delivery would be 1-4 weeks, but on 3 occasions, they delayed the delivery time and it ended up taking twice as long as promised (8 weeks total not including shipping time) with no reason other than it wasn't done yet. When it finally DID get completed, it arrived at my house with...well I'll call it dirt, but it is some sort of brown crusty substance that is thoroughly mashed into the fleece on a number of spots. I have been unable to clean it off by any method so far. There is also a patch on the squid where the fleece has been rubbed bare. For the most part, it looks like the picture, but with all the other problems, I would not use this seller again.

Warning! Do not order!! I ordered a custom set of dragon stuffed animals for my 9 year old for Christmas. The order was placed in early October and promised for Christmas. This was her big present. I prepaid for the items and waited. We communicated several time and by early December I was informed that only 5/7 dragons would be ready in time. This was disappointing but I was understanding. On December 22nd Levi informed me that NONE of the items would arrive for Christmas. He kept saying, " I don't know what the big deal is - she will get them eventually". I was heartbroken. On January 12th we received 3/7 animals and we refunded for the rest. The animals are good quality but my overall experience was a HUGE let down. I put so much thought and effort into this gift and put my trust in him to deliver and He did not.

the head is absolutely beautiful and bigger than i had imagined the glue kinda failed on the balavica but still completely worth the money (glue must have failed during its journey)

Absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly professionally-made; the undersides of the arms on mine even have little sucker-like bumps in the fabric. I didn't think much about the arms being poseable when reading the description, but this feature makes it really fun to display!
