This would lead to a result that no one is happy with, and I assure you that a higher quality product is more worth the wait.

Shop policy applies, orders are non-refundable due to the time and materials involved in making the item once the project begins. This is mostly custom and handmade work so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

!! IMPORTANT!! The transport agency will be UPS, I am not responsible for the damages that may be suffered by the carrier or for losses. In such case you should call the carrier with the tracking number and take the necessary actions. All orders are carefully packed and protected for shipment, and leave in perfect condition. Please provide me with an email and a phone number to track the package. Make sure that the shipping address you provide in your order is correct. I repeat I am not responsible for loss, breakage or delivery to another address. Try to be on the day of delivery or have someone available to receive the package. Thanks

Se aplica la política de tienda, los pedidos No son Reembolsables. Este es principalmente un trabajo personalizado y hecho a mano, por lo que No Aceptamos Devoluciones, Cambios o Reembolsos.

!!IMPORTANTE!! La agencia de transporte será UPS, no me hago responsable de los daños que pueda sufrir por el transportista ni de perdidas. En tal caso debera llamar al transportista con el número de seguimiento y tomar las acciones necesarias. Todos los pedidos son cuidadosamente embalados y protegidos para su envio, y salen en perfectas condiciones. Por favor facilitime un correo electrónico y un número de teléfono para el seguimiento del paquete. Asegurese de que la dirección de envio que facilita en su pedido es correcta.
