Häufig gestellte Fragen
Will I receive a physical item?
No — InnerBloom sells digital files only. Nothing will be shipped to you. After purchase, you can download your files instantly and print them yourself or at any print service.
How do I get my files after purchase?
You'll receive an automatic download link from Etsy immediately after payment. You can also find your files anytime in your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews → Download Files.
What file formats are included?
Each bundle includes PDF, available in DIN formats (A1-A6) and 4×5 format, all at 300 DPI print quality.
Where can I print my posters?
You can print at home on any standard printer, or upload the file to any local or online print service (like a copy shop, photo lab, or online printer). The 300 DPI resolution ensures sharp results at any size.
Can I resize the files?
The files are optimized for DIN formats (A1-A6) and 4×5. You can scale them up or down at your print service — the 300 DPI quality holds well across common poster sizes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. If you have a technical issue with your download, please reach out — I'm happy to help.
What if my download doesn't work?
First check your Etsy account under Purchases & Reviews. If the issue persists, send me a message and I'll sort it out quickly.
Can I use the designs commercially?
All designs are for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or using them for commercial purposes is not permitted.
