Gift wrapping and packaging
If your order is a gift and you'd like a personalized note, just let me know and I'll include one for free on fine art paper.
(I promise my handwriting is pretty nice.)
Shipping Methods
Items are shipped via USPS Priority, First Class, & International First Class. If you need expedited shipping or have questions about shipping please contact me! I'd be happy to work with you to find the best method for getting your piece to where it needs to be.
Delivery time varies on location. Domestic orders take between 3-7 days once shipped, and international usually allows for a 10-30 day shipping window. International customers are responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, and processing fees.
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
Shipping Preparation
Items are shipped within three to five business days of payment being received. I strive to have orders out within two days. Prints up to 11x14 are wrapped in clear plastic with a cardboard backing reinforcement and placed in a protective envelope. Larger prints are wrapped in layers of water-proof plastic wrapping and shipped in a sturdy shipping tube.
Refunds and Exchanges
I fully expect that you'll to be completely satisfied with your piece from Interpersonal. Although all pieces are packaged with much love and care, in the unhappy case of shipping damage please contact me via Etsy or email interpersonaldesign[@]gmail.com so that I can best help you!
