1 out of 5 starsThis item was a commercially available item. the "handmade" aspect was the engraving the seller performed. The up charge for engraving was $40 compared to the price of this item on amazon. The ceramic stone did not fit inside the serving platter, leaving me further disappointed. The seller performed the engraving without providing a proof of the font. The font that was chosen was not what i would have picked. The seller was fast in response and provided me with a partial refund. If you're looking for something hand crafted- this is not it.

How long until I get my order?

If the personalization matches exactly what was typed, then no. Sometimes we can work with you still if the part personalized can we removed or replaced.
