I strongly believe there are NO coincidences, and each of us has been perfectly placed by God to impact the world around us in a way only we can. Each of us has our own powerful stories, and each of us has experienced character-defining moments that have rocked us to our core.

The time it takes for me to process your order is 1-5 business days.

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post (Regular Parcel Post), which comes with tracking included. Please message me if you would like signature on delivery (+$2.95) or would like to use Express Post at an additional cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
TRANSIT TIMES FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post (regular Parcel Post), and have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days depending on your location. This does not include the time it takes for me to process your order (1-5 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed, as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves my hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, I am not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by Australia Post.

IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE:
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please feel free to let me know via private message. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so I may ask that you wait an additional 7 days - just in case your order is caught up at a sort facility. If, after 7 days, your order has not arrived, I will do everything I can to work with you towards a solution.

IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE”:
If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re-shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

IF AN ORDER IS LOST:
If it seems that your order has been lost in the mail, please allow 7 extra days for your order to arrive, just in case it has been backed up in a sort facility. If, after 7 days, your tracking does not update/your order does not arrive, I will contact the postal service to locate your order, and work with you toward a solution.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD DIGITAL PRODUCTS FROM ETSY:
After completing your digital order, you’ll see a “View Your Files” link which will lead to your “Downloads” page. From here, you can immediately download your order.

IF YOU CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST:
When checking out as a “Guest” on Etsy, the download link will be sent to the email associated with your account. From there, you can immediately download your order.

IF YOU CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST AND CANNOT FIND YOUR EMAIL:
If you are unable to find your purchase email, be sure to check your spam/junk folder, or your “Promotions” folder when using Gmail. If you are still unable to locate your email, please be sure to message me directly so that I can help you.

MULTIPLE DOWNLOADS OF A PURCHASE FILE:
After completing a purchase, you can re-download your file any time you’d like through your “Purchases and Reviews” tab when logged into your Etsy account.
