-Always patch test for skin sensitivity 24hrs before use
-Please consult your GP for any concerns or advice about using essential oils before use.
-Not to be consumed nor left unattended around children. Please use only as directed. Use at own risk.
- Must be stored in cool dry places and out of heat/sunlight. The lid must remain tightly fastened at all times. If exposed to heat and air, the blend will oxidise, losing aromas and therapeutic qualities faster.
-Pregnancy and essential oil use - It is recommended to not use essential oils in the first trimester of pregnancy without consulting with your health professional. Please consult your midwife for guidance
What's your refund policy?
All our sales are final. We don't accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order, please include photos of the damaged goods.
- My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
All purchases have Authority To Leave, this means that if the courier deems an area safe, he will leave it without signature. Have the recipient have a good look around the front yard to make sure the courier hasn't left it somewhere sneaky - this happens alot as they want it to be protected!
Otherwise your local courier may have dropped it off at your local Post Office (and occasionally they do this without leaving a card! Annoying, we know!).
