To keep shipping costs down I ship everything via regular mail.If you need an item fast there are additional shipping options, just drop me a message and we can work it out!

Most of my orders are packaged and processed within a week of ordering at most. I am based in London so depending on where you are ordering from, here is an estimation of delivery times:


UK

If you are a UK customer delivery will be via second class post which should take no longer than two days after processing.

Europe

If you are based in Europe orders usually take between 7 and 10 days to ship.

USA
Australia &
Elsewhere

For US and other countries further afield timings are harder to predict but usually it takes between 10 and 21 days for your package to be delivered.

If you need an item at a specific time or would like to pay extra for tracking or expedited delivery just let me know and I can put up a listing that reflects this extra postage. Around the holidays I normally go to the post office more often so processing times tend to be faster. I label most of my packages with a branded sticker so if you're buying a gift and want to keep it secret let me know and I will post your package incognito :)

Sold out items

I update my shop quite frequently and also gage what to print next by customer interest so if you spot an item that you liked but is sold out it might be worth sending me a quick message so I can keep that in mind for my next printing session or let you know it wont be back in stock.

If you are interested in wholesale please e-mail me directly (you can do so through Etsy or my website karolinschnoor.co.uk) and if possible specify what products you are interested in and a rough idea of quantities. This will make it easier for me to price things for you.
