5 out of 5 starsWe absolutely love this print from Kell!! The customer service was awesome, very personable, and very kind when placing order. This print looks EXACTLY like the pictures; the details are very prominent and make it so much more crisp. The colors are vivid and look very nice. The print itself came very well packaged, and the extra goodies plus a personal note made it that much sweeter. I loved the customer service and their art that I ordered another before I got this one. If you are debating buying something from Kell, do it!!

One thing that would be awesome is if KellKitsch’s Etsy store name was written on the back of each sticker 🥰 They were exactly as pictured in the photo and the packaging was just STUNNING. I’m looking forward to ordering from this store again!

5 out of 5 starsThis postcard is SO NICE! It’s almost too nice to send out to my penpals - the paper is more of a thick card, and it’s really big too! The colours are super accurate to the photos on Etsy. The back of the card has a cute garden illustration across the bottom and KellKitsch’s logo too (which I love). And the packaging was absolutely beautiful, the washi tape sealing the package is just stunning. KellKitsch even included a free postcard with this order (I got card D and G as well as a free one)! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Frequently asked questions
No Refunds or exchanges
At this point in time, I am unable to do refunds or product returns, or discounts for lost/damaged/delayed mail that is out of my control.
I take the utmost care on my part to package and post my items within the processing time (1-2 weeks), but after that, your package is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure it gets to you in a timely and safe manner.
I am a small shop, making 'just' enough to cover printing/manufacturing costs and postage, so I cannot pay for accidents out of my control. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
Delivery
I go to the post office every Friday to post that week's orders, sometimes earlier, if I am not too busy :D
Due to COVID19, parcels take much longer than usual to arrive (particularly for international dleivery), please consider if you're planning someone's birthday present.
Australian Delivery: up to 3 WEEKS.
International Delivery: up to 3 MONTHS.
