Returns and exchange details
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience with your print. Please choose carefully when deciding to order one of our prints. Most of the our products are made-to-order and that’s why we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, but if there’s a problem with your order (damaged items, wrong product) please send us a private message and will be happy to assist you.

We know you can have doubts while deciding between one prop and another and we’ll be more than happy to help you during the process. Feel free to send us a private message if you want to get more details such as colors, measures, extra pictures, types of paper or custom orders.

Please handle your products with care, damages caused by improper handling aren’t our responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process depending of the product and country. By now we’re a small store so we don’t have a Free Shipping, but if you’re planning to order many items at the same time feel free to send us a message and we’ll be happy to offer you a better shipping cost.
We use Metropoli Cuatro (which works with DHL) for packages in Europe and America, we also use Spanish Postal Service ( for small letters in the US and packages to the rest of countries.

You will receive a message with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. Note that once the package has arrived to the destination country, it will be responsibility of the postal service of that country. For example, USPS in the States.

Orders typically ship within 1 week or less due to the craft process (print, age, assemble, etc.) but delays can happen during the holiday season (November-December). If you need a print in urgency feel free to contact us to see what options we can consider.

Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee and this is totally unpredictable (our clients haven’t had a bad experience with this, but it is something that coud happen in many countries).

It usually takes 1 week for our packages to travel from Europe to the US, but then the package can get retained in customs for a few days and even weeks (this is totally aleatory and unpredictable and has nothing to do with the package or with the postal office). Take this into account, wish we could have an owl to speed up the process.
Additional policies and FAQs
For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs or for other reasons.

Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us. Also we are not responsible for damaged packages by the postal service, but we always protect the prints with cardboard, waxed paper and bubble wrap.

If items are returned to us for any reason (absence of the person, unclaimed package or wrong address provided) we are not responsible for paying the reshipping.

We respect your privacy, so we are letting you know about our online privacy policies meeting the treatment of personal data of its users with the current legislation in Spain and in the European Union, in particular, with the regulations in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of April 26th, 2018 (GDPR). We are currently a small store and do not carry out any marketing actions (such as sending promotions by email or newsletters about our products). In case this changes in the future, we will update this policy and will not carry out any marketing action without the explicit consent of the buyers in an explicit way through an Etsy conversation or an email, respecting the exclusion requests of possible marketing communications.


The information about our customer is important for our businesses. We only share your personal information for very specific reasons and circumstances, such as:
