Does your international postage include tracking?
Yes, new pandemic polices mean no item can leave Australia untracked
Can I rush my order?
Our current manufacturing times is minimum 14 working days, please be aware of this at the time of purchase. If you wish to have your order rushed please contact us prior to placing it and we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot perform miracles
Can I get a free sample in exchange for promotion?
No, we do not provide free samples in exchange for advertising.
Custom and personalised orders
Please do not send us images of other peoples work with then intention of us copying it. We are happy to receive reference images for inspiration but draw a line at copying someone else’s unique creations. Custom listings will stay up for 30 days, if you have not paid for the listing in this time it will assumed you are no longer interested and the listing will be removed.
Refunds on bondage rope
As bondage rope is a personal item of an intimate nature, refunds on shipped orders are not possible for hygiene reasons. The exception being for products that arrived damaged
Refunds on made per order items
As a small company a number of our items are made per order. This means we do not keep stock, if you order one of these items and then change your mind after 5 days have passed a 10% restocking fee will apply to the item as it has been manufactured just for you
Free shipping?
Australia post sets my postal prices not me, free shipping is not free. Someone pays and as a sole crafter, I cannot afford to cover materials, labor, advertising, admin and shipping. I do not wish to overcharge for all my items so some regions can get “free” shipping
